We are actively looking for interns for 2017-2018. Job descriptions are:
Peacemaking Coordinating Team Intern
- Note: This is a new position so it will be somewhat fluid as we determine how many hours per each task. Total up to 10 hours per week.
- Assist Peacemaking Coordinating Team (PCT) in scheduling Peacemaking Circles
- Assist PCT in administrative duties
- Assembling materials and notebooks
- Attend Peacemaking Circles
- Assist PCT in reaching out to the community
- Attend PCT meetings
- 1 hour weekly supervision meeting
Chaplain Volunteer Intern, King County
- 3 hours every other week, detention worship service
- 3 hours weekly, mentoring and guiding the mentor volunteers
- 3-6 hours weekly, chaplain volunteer one-on-one meetings with youth
- 6 hours every other month, REST (Real Escape from Sex Trafficking) retreat
- 1 hour weekly supervision meeting
Chaplain Volunteer Intern, Echo Glen Children’s Home
- 4 hours weekly, mentoring
- 4 hours weekly, chaplain volunteer one-on-one meetings with youth
- 1 hour weekly preparing a retreat
- 1 hour weekly supervision meeting
